This coaching menu was design to support newly onboarded and veteran teachers and advisors. It gives teachers and advisors an opportunity to take control of their learning and build a learning experience personally tailored to their needs. Their choices range from classroom needs/strategies to support with our learning management systems. Once the teacher or advisor has chosen their menu they would be given the option to have synchronous or asynchronous learning opportunities. If synchronous learning was chosen we would meet once a week for one-on-one instruction for their desired amount of time.
